Rocker Spirits sits in an industrial complex on South Hill Street in Littleton, Colorado, about twenty minutes south of downtown Denver. Founded in 2015 by husband-and-wife team Mike and Jill Rocker, this craft distillery emerged from Mike’s background in chemistry and Jill’s business acumen, combined with their shared passion for creating premium spirits. The operation started small in a 3,000-square-foot facility, focusing on handcrafted whiskey, vodka, and gin using traditional methods and locally-sourced ingredients when possible. What began as a weekend hobby turned into a full-scale distillery after Mike perfected his recipes through years of experimentation and friends kept asking where they could buy bottles. The Rockers wanted to create spirits that reflected Colorado’s craft beverage culture while maintaining the quality standards Mike developed during his years as a research chemist.
