If you’re hosting a bourbon tasting and you want a little friendly competition in the room — and trust me, you do — you need two things: a scorecard for each guest and a tally sheet for the host. This download gives you both.

The Tasting Scorecard is a clean landscape card sized for easy handling at the table. Each guest gets one. They fill in the whiskey name, a five-star rating, and brief notes for each of the four pours, then declare their favorite at the bottom. Simple enough that nobody’s confused, structured enough that it keeps people focused on what they’re actually tasting.

The Tally Sheet is the host’s tool. Once the tasting is done, collect the scorecards, transfer each guest’s ratings to the tally sheet, total the columns, and you’ve got a winner. It holds up to nine guests across four pours with a totals row and a winner line at the bottom.
