The Pourch Bourbon Tasting Cards are a set of four individual cards — one per pour — each printed on a single 8.5×11 sheet and designed to be cut out. Each card captures the essentials: bottle name, proof, age, nose, palate, finish, and a five-star rating. And each one includes a mini spider chart built around the eight core bourbon flavor categories so guests can mark what they’re picking up in a given pour without needing to write an essay about it.

The format is deliberately compact. A cut card fits comfortably next to a Glencairn glass without taking over the table. Guests can line them up as the tasting progresses, compare pours side by side at the end, and slip their favorites in a pocket on the way out.
