The Pourch Whiskey Tasting Journal was designed from scratch by an American craft whiskey enthusiast, specifically for the way serious bourbon and whiskey drinkers actually taste. Each of the 50 entries spans two full pages. The first page is a structured tasting form with every field you need to document a bourbon completely — bottle name, producer, city and state, proof, age statement, type, mash bill, color, appearance and legs, nose, palate, and finish, plus a 5-star rating system and a 12-spoke American whiskey flavor radar chart that gives you a visual flavor fingerprint for every bottle at a glance.

The second page is the context page — and it’s the feature most journals don’t have and most serious tasters wish they did. A full lined page to capture everything around the tasting: who you were with, where you were, what glassware you used, what the environment was like, what you ate, how the bourbon evolved from first sip to last. Because context shapes what you taste whether you document it or not, and years from now it’s the context page that makes an entry feel like a memory instead of a lab report.
