The distillery occupies a 10,000-square-foot facility where they produce bourbon, rye whiskey, and Irish-style whiskey using both traditional copper pot stills and modern column stills. The team includes master distiller Brian Nation, who previously worked at Jameson Irish Whiskey and brings decades of international experience to their Minneapolis operation.
