Ledgerock Distillery sits on a scenic stretch of Grandview Road in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, where founders Greg and Brenda Lehner transformed their passion for craft spirits into a small-batch operation that opened in 2018. The husband-and-wife team spent years perfecting their recipes before launching their distillery in a converted facility that houses their custom copper still and aging room. Greg brings a background in engineering to the precise craft of distillation, while Brenda handles the business operations and visitor experience side of things. They focus primarily on producing vodka, gin, and whiskey using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, with a commitment to hands-on production methods that allow them to control every aspect of the process. The distillery operates on a true craft scale, with Greg personally overseeing each batch from mash to bottle. Their flagship products include LedgeRock Vodka, made from Midwest corn and filtered through charcoal, and their LedgeRock Gin, which incorporates botanicals that reflect the Wisconsin landscape. The whiskey program is still developing as their bourbon and rye expressions continue aging in their rickhouse. What started as a dream between two partners has evolved into a legitimate craft distillery that’s finding its place in Wisconsin’s growing spirits scene.
